Incorrect.  Although Hude’s Tarot often differentiates itself from The Rider Tarot, it may be described as substantially influenced by it.  Many cards from Hude’s Tarot are clearly inspired by corresponding cards from The Rider Tarot.  For example, compare the Six of Swords from Hude’s Tarot (below, left) to that of The Rider Tarot (right); both depict a figure propelling a boat surrounded by six swords.
