Incorrect.  Although The Sacred Rose Tarot by Johanna Gargiulo-Sherman often differentiates itself from The Rider Tarot, it may be described as substantially influenced by it.  Many cards from Sacred Rose are clearly inspired by corresponding cards from The Rider Tarot.  For example, compare the Six of Swords from Sacred Rose with that of The Rider Tarot; both depict a figure using a pole to propel a boat, which also contains another individual and child—all surrounded by six swords.
